The location is perfect - in the heart of the old town. The hotel was clean and elegant. A good breakfast was included. The staff on the reception was extremely helpful and polite. They gave me a call when they have an available room before standard check in hour. Thank you!

The location was amazing, breakfast good choice and always staff refilling and tidying away or cleaning, room was clean and serviced daily.

We stayed for my daughters birthday and the staff went above and beyond for us. Oyin and Sam were fantastic and decorated my daughter’s room full of balloons and a fancy decoration on mirror. We felt so welcome and enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back.

Location is not far from Edinburgh Waverley Station and closed to Royal Mile. The stay was comfortable including breakfast. For us as Thai, meeting Thai staffs at reception and breakfast room were special warm welcome 😊

Room was small for the price we paid Bed was very hard pillows were awful lumpy & hard hardly slept at all we asked for extra pillows which we were given requested softer ones but were told they were all the same. Adjoining room next door children jumping up & down yelling at 6 am wouldn't stay again. A bit of soundproofing would be an idea.

The hotel is in a great location, near the castle and royal mile, the customer service was good, especially Dillon who checked us in and went out his way to ensure our stay was a good one.

Fantastic location perfect for strolling into the heart of the city about 200 yards from the royal mile. Comfortable bed although I can imagine in the summer the air con unit outside the window maybe a problem. Staff were amazing especially the kitchen staff as plenty of choice at breakfast. Can not fault our choice of accommodation thank you guys so much 😊
