Location was 15 minute walk from the centre Edinburgh which was fine by us as we enjoy walking and where we were situated it was nice and quiet. With regards to the breakfast this was first class cannot fault it, offered a wide variety of food, staff very helpful and the seating area was kept very clean. Staff were very informative and even helped out with assisting us booking day trips out.

Excellent service from reception. I am not very mobile and have to use crutches to walk. When reception noticed this, I was asked if I would rather move room to one closer to the lift. That really helped me.

The breakfast was good and the bed was really comfortable. Staff at check-in and check out were lovely ,prefect location not too far a walk to the old town and new town.

Hotel was lovely and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Fantastic choice of food on offer at breakfast - the waffles looked amazing and seemed very popular.

Great breakfast, super friendly staff, the rooms where very clean. it looks like the hotel has been freshly renovated, the location is about a 15 - 25 minute walk from the royal mile, and about a 10 minute walk from the Haymarket tram stop.
