Fantastic location. Easy access to the most photogenic parts of Edinburgh. The apartment was comfortable, and the host very friendly. Would happily stay there again.

The host is very friendly and welcoming. We were surprised to find Prosecco, whiskey, and chocolate waiting for us. The apartment is centrally located in the city, right in the heart of Grassmarket and a short walk from the Royal Mile. Check-in and check-out are very easy. Overall it's a great place to stay in Edinburgh!

Lovely and clean with welcome tray of goodies including whiskey and Prosecco and cereals in the kitchen great correspondence with owner David and absolutely wonderful location with view of Edinburgh Castle from the window we will definitely be back 😊

Absolutely perfect location with a stunning view to the castle from bed. Beautiful gardens Very comfortable bed Little touches by hosts were so nice including whisky and chocolate 10/10

The location is great for getting to various things. Edinburgh is a land of stairs, and this is no different, so just keep that in mind. The extra little treats left for us upon arrival were a very thoughtful and nice touch.

Ideal location for exploring Edinburgh, close to Edinburgh Castle. The view from the window of the castle was amazing. The Grassmarket area has a great vibe with live music in some of the bars. Great choice of places to eat and drink. Lovely shops and gifts. The studio is well equipped. The bed linen and towels smelt nice, clean and fresh. The host, David, goes above and beyond with free gifts for your arrival, this was very kind and unexpected. In all, our 25th wedding anniversary was very enjoyable.
