Check in & check out was very well organised & smooth, staff are extremely friendly & cooperative. Whole guest house is clean & tidy. They have all the appropriate facilities including complimentary tea, breakfast bars etc. in the room. Parking & WiFi are free. They got us a fan & iron on request too!

Everything was always tidy and ready for use. The owners provided contact information available for questions and were present enough that I didn't need to look for them. The area was very quiet and relaxing, perfect after busy crowded days in the city center.

Kim and her husband were perfect hosts very informative on things to see and do, local public transport and eating places. Kim so kindly had our washing done for us which was a saviour. The location was ideal so close to buses into the city and off street parking was a big bonus.

Great location, very comfortable room with all I needed. The breakfast snacks were a nice touch. And great to have a table and chairs to sit at rather than just the bed.

Absolutely recommend this place. The location, comfort, cleanliness, small breakfast - everything was exactly to provide our comfortable stay. We never met the owners or staff, but they obviously do their job well. The place is located in a nice quiet area with lots of buses going to the centre.

The place was clean and quiet. The bed was fantastic and comfy, had the best sleep! The position was nice to reach the city Centre easily with public transports.

Check in was straightforward. Easy bus access or if energetic a walk into city centre. Nice and clean room serviced daily and restocked with basic brekkie provisions. Staff lovely.

The room is classic, large space and super clean. Very fast response and supportive. Good location which is on side street therefore very quiet.
