Our flight got delayed so we went to the hotel early in the mornig just to get few hours of sleep before we leave to next destination. Thanks to the reception guy who accomodated us even at 4am.

Each day new bedclothes, cleaning service, towels. Availability of hairdresser, teapot, tea bags, coffee, milk. Shower is working perfectly, heating system as well. Close to the bus and tram stations.

Very fairly priced for the location. Lovely man on reception. Nice staff all round. Room was small but clean and comfortable enough. Very good for the money. No food or bar facilities but only a walk to the top road where so many places to eat. Ideal location for seeing the britannia yacht at ocean village where you can also park for free. We walked to.and from the main town on 2 days.. Number 11 bus stop is right outside hotel. Every 20 mins .

Basic, but perfect for what we needed; a base and place to sleep. Yes, it's a little dated and a little quirky but the staff were friendly enough and it was clean and comfy. Was surprised by the security deposit process and a little worried I'd not get the money back but I did. All good and you get what you pay for. Tram was close enough so we got around easily. Would use again.

The room has all you need for a comfortable short stay on a budget. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Leith Walk is a short walk away with coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and small supermarkets. Walkable to city centre.
