Stayed a Friday & Saturday night. Good location, West End tram stop less than a 5 minute walk away / centre of town 20ish min walk. Room spacious & clean, with plenty appliances (hairdryer, iron, ironing board, mini fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing up liquid, tea towel & scrubber) Main issue was the entrance to the room (door/window to the side) were extremely thin, so could hear every coming and going from the people staying opposite us, at every hour of the morning/night.

Good stay, good location. I only had one problem that during the early hours of the morning some people kept knocking on the room door. I believe I was lost without knowing where the exit was, but it was a little scary.

The place was ideal location and very safe as coded to get in and out of the building X we arrived late due to train and when we rang the host was very helpful X would stay there again for a couple of nights

Rooms were a good size and clean and comfortable. We were met by a blonde lady who was really lovely and helpful in explaining about the different door codes. Everything was good, no problems.

Good location in Haymarket near to the station and a 20 minute walk into Edinburgh centre. Reasonably priced but you get what you pay for. Clean towels and bedding provided mid stay
