Staff was really kind, and breakfast was delicious! A little earlier than expected (8-9.15) but very tasty and there was a range of options to choose from! We really liked our stay here! The beds were comfy and the bathroom was modern and fancy! I would definitely recommend a stay here! There’s also two bus stops very close to it, and it’s walking distance from princes street with lots of good bars, cafe’s, and small supermarkets close by!

I lost my phone in the taxi getting to the guest house and reception were very helpful trying to get it back

The owner and the staff member we met seemed really nice and answered our questions. The breakfast was good and the room we had fitted the 3 of us well

We stayed for 2 nights. Our room was on the second floor. The bed was very comfortable, and the en-suite shower room was excellent. The fridge in the room was a nice addition. The breakfast was also good. The guest house is in a good location, close to the city centre and within an easy walking distance to the Old Town and Royal Mile - approx. 15–20-minute walk but there are bus links close by if you don't fancy a walk into the city centre. There are also many places to eat and drink close by too.

I enjoyed my stay and breakfast was very good. My hosts were lovely and very helpful as I had an early morning departure for a coach tour, they called the taxi company for me.
