“Great spot near the center of Edinburgh”

The hotel is in a great location, right beside Calton Hill and about a 15-20 minute walk from the main attractions: Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle etc. Tram station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel that goes directly to & from the airport. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room was a good size and great value for money. Bed was comfy and the extra snacks that came with the room were a welcoming bonus. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well, St. James' Quarter shopping center is in walking distance. Overall would recommend for a short stay in Edinburgh.

Great location for Playhouse, family room excellent value, beds very comfortable, had a drink in bar before going to bed, really friendly staff and bar prices very good for a hotel, plenty of tea, coffee, milk & biscuits on the tray which was great to come back to.
