The Lady on reception who was from Blackpool, she’s was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very friendly and a credit to your hotel

Beds are a bit too firm, the exit light in room although necessary made it difficult to sleep.

It was in a good area, walking distance from Edinburgh City center. The hotel was basic, and needed a refurb but was adequate. Staff friendly. We got train but looked like good parking.
