Friendly host, clean rooms and not far from the citycenter

Booked at short notice due to being let down by another hotel. A warm welcome and great value for money. I was offered a large twin room at an affordable price with continental breakfast included. A short 15 min walk to the Royal Mile. I requested if it was possible to extend my stay for a further 6 days and offered a reduced room rate for the period. Layla and Sara were the perfect hosts, who provided a no fuss, homely and friendly stay. Perfect.

very clean and comfortable, lovely and warm for the winter months. location was excellent and easy access into town on foot or by bus just outside the door. breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly-even leaving us a lovely little Christmas card.
