Great location - 20 min walk from St James Quarter. We stayed during the fringe and it was perfect

It was clean, no nonsense, shower was nice. Rooms had access to a common kitchen. Bed was comfy enough. Overall I recommend it, we enjoyed our stay.

came for the fringe, great location, easy to walk to the city. really easy check in and out. room is basic but well suited for the needs of the trip.

Quite close to the city centre and easy to get to with a few different options via bus. Convenient nearby shops and Cafes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Double beds were fine as a couple, area is quiet as well for a good night's sleep.

It's a good location near the Botanic Garden with frequent buses. It's good value for Festival bank holiday weekend. Staff were friendly.
