This Victorian building is on the A8 into the city centre, 500 metres from Edinburgh Haymarket Rail Station. It offers free parking, free Wi-Fi and traditionally decorated rooms.
The Ashgrove House is on one of the main routes into Edinburgh city centre and is 1.6 km from Princes Street. There are regular buses to Edinburgh Airport, the city centre and Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station.
The Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC), the Scottish Gallery of Modern Art and Murrayfield Stadium are 1 km away.
Ashgrove House was originally built in 1868 and is now a family-run guest house. The rooms have traditional furnishings, TVs, telephones, hairdryers and tea/coffee. A full cooked Scottish breakfast is available each morning.

Lovely old period building, heaps of parking, great walks from here, stroll to the rugby & dining, a quiet spacious room at the back of the property, comfortable beds, super views to the Pentland Hills, nice gardens

Best location - so close to the town & airport, easy to get anywhere since it’s just in front of the bus stop! And friend staff & amazing vibe & fantastic view & breakfast!!

Check in process was easy and staff very friendly. Guest House is beautiful and in a great location for Haymarket Station, as well as a fine walk to the CBD. Room was excellent, and exceeded expectations for the price paid. Would definitely stay again!

Breakfast choices were very good from a full breakfast to choice of cereals,yogurts and fruit.Staff very friendly and helpful. James and his wife are excellent hosts.

Our room with a big bay window was clean and comfortable. The shower room, very small, was fair. It was good to be able to park at the hotel and walk to nearby bus stop and Haymarket tram/train station for easy access to the centre of Edinburgh.
