The room was very clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful . Very close to town by bus or walk .

The room was situated at the back of the property and so it was nice and quiet, avoiding any traffic noise outside on the main road.

Arrandale had nice decor, the room was spacious and had lots of storage. Bathroom was clean and shower was good water pressure. Good location with regular buses into Edinburgh. We only needed it as a space to sleep as we were out exploring so it was perfect for what we needed. It does list free parking and there only one spot out the front which was free when we arrived to was able to leave the car in the front of the building for the weekend. We were in room 5 which is the large family room at the front of the building with a lovely bay window.

Large triple room, ground floor no 11, spacious. Good local info, easy entry, kettle and tea, coffee, milk. Comfy beds, good bathroom.
