The room was adequate for our needs if a bit tired; no lock on bathroom door. It was a great location for getting in and out of the city centre and where we wanted to go.

Great hotel that was only a 20 minute walk from the closest tram stop. Plenty of food options on the road and a co-op/Lidl a few minutes away if needed. Bus stop just outside too if using the busses. Staff friendly and helpful when checking in. Fresh towels after 2 days and tea/coffee facilities in room. Hotel was full of character too

Room was very clean, comfy bed, nice shower and lovely selection of teas and coffees. Good wardrobe space, on street parking tho but overall very happy.

I liked the fact I could leave my bags prior to check in and explore Edinburgh and was also told I could check out, leave my bags and explore too! That was good to know. The staff were great, the lady at the reception was lovely. Also BONUS LIKE was the fact there were cards for halal food delivery spots around. Which was great and I haven't seen many places that did that. I didn't use them because I had grabbed food earlier in the day but I took them home with me so next time I'm in Edinburgh- I would use them. Would definitely stay here again! It's like a 17 min bus ride to O2 Academy Edinburgh/ 30 min walk and around 20 mins bus to the Royal Mile as well. Good bus connections around, a convenient area. Stayed here for a concert at O2 Academy and it was great!

Staff were friendly & welcoming. Room was clean & comfortable. Bar was nice and cosy to have a drink in before you head out for the night.
