Amazing hotel. Room was stunning with a balcony looking on to the castle. As it was in the middle of a storm we had to spend the full time in the hotel but the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were so attentive. Food was great. Bar was a bit pricey but drinks were lovely.

Excellent location, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Staff were very helpful. Juice drinks in the foyer was a nice touch too. Great views at front of hotel

The hotel is very central in the grass market. Paid for and got fab views of the castle. The bed was large and comfortable.

location is very convenient for sightseeing in the old town part of Edinburgh. The breakfast was very good, room spotless and beds very comfortable - use of the gym is a bonus
