Please note self check-in is available anytime.At the point of check-in guests can leave their luggage anytime in the provided luggage storage area in the property, but cannot enter the room until after the stated check-in time which is 14:00. Check out time is 10:30. On check-out, the key must be left in the check-out key box in the lobby. Guests will be subject to charges if the key is not posted on check-out.Guests will also be subject to charges if there is any unreported damage to the property.Please note our staff working hours between 08:00 – 11:40, and between 14:00 – 18:00 Monday to Sunday. Please note our telephone contact hours between 14:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday. Please leave a voice message outside these times.Please note the hotel is in a Georgian building and there is no lift, please advise in your booking if you require a room with no stairs, which is subject to availability.Car parking is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Car parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. If spaces are not available outside the front door of the property, there is free 24/7 on street parking on Peel Terrace.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

It was cosy with a view of the garden upstairs. We asked for a room upstairs and they gave us one. Clean as well. The bus stop outside the door.

Good sized double room with modern en-suite bathroom. Furnishings better than expected given the price. Good wifi. Self check-in very simple. Excellent value for money.

The hotel was very nice and calm, and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was great in straight by one bus to the city centre. My room 39 was in the ground which is a great place, especially for people who have a big bag

I liked the self-check in and it worked seamlessly. My single room was small but it had everything I needed and it was clean and comfortable. For the price, I felt it was great value (for Edinburgh at that particular time of year).

Nice clean room with ensuite shower. Everything we needed for a couple of nights. Tea making facilities - bit short on milk - iron and hairdryer provided. Buses straight into the centre running regularly.
