Lovely room with garden view, very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Easy checkin-checkout, friendly staff, close to the bus lines and relatively close to the city center.

The rooms were spotless, hard to believe someone else has been there before you. Incredibly clean. Cath is an amazing host, extremely kind and helpful. Amazing location, bus stop opposite the property and only £10 fair on Uber to town. Very convenient kettle with soluble coffee and tea for a quick breakfast as well.

The property was very well presented, clean, spacious and comfortable. It only takes 10 minutes via bus to/from Edinburgh city centre which was great, and meant I could leave my car at the property. The hosts were very informative, polite and friendly; they even allowed me to keep my car at the property on the day of our check out so we could pop back in to Edinburgh without hassle. Great place!
