Large spacious room with large comfortable bed, very very clean throughout, with everything you would need in the room, we had the room in the pictures, and they don't do it justice. Very friendly owner who informed us about the local area and transport links on arrival, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

The room was very cozy and well-equipped (kettle, tea bags and coffee, complimentary chocolates and water); the hotel is located in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood with very quick city center connection (although on the map it looks a bit far, in reality it takes only 15 min to get to the center)

Craig's place is a great place to stay. The room was very clean, cozy with superb breakfasts, 15 mins away from downtown via public transport. Craig was very welcoming and very helpful. Anytime we go back to Edinburgh, we would be happy to stay there!

Immaculate presentation, spacious room, beautifully clean, hospitable host, a short walk to the city bound bus for sightseeing at Edinburgh Castle, University and surrounds. A bay window view over the street. Fabulous Indian restaurant 5 minutes walk away.

Friendly knowledgeable host. Waiting to greet us. Could answer all our questions on transport etc. Made us feel really at home. Lovely house beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.

A nice cosy spot a couple of minutes away from the centre by bus. Bus stop is just in front of accommodation. A super host who is attentive and very hospitable. Our room was spotless and nicely decorated. An add treat was an electric kettle and a small try with goodies,tea and coffee and bottles of water. A shopping mall is just down the road.
