Room was small but perfect for me and my partner as we only were staying for two nights, very comfy bed and the softest blanket ever!! The walk was not bad at all to the town centre, 25minutes along the very cute streets. This property is excellent value for money. Check in super easy.

The hotel is Immaculate. it's always so cosy, and the staff always make you feel welcome and comfortable. The location is perfect and a good price for Edinburgh. We return every Christmas, and it's always a perfect stay.

Room was clean, modern neutral decor enough space for a family of 5. Loved it. 15 min walk or literal 2 min drive down to the centre location was excellent.

The room was very cosy and super warm 😊 we packed our Christmas PJs expecting colder nights but we were nicely surprised. The bathroom was spotless 👌🏼 We loved our short but enjoyable stay.

The location is very easy to find & not far from the city center. Room was warm, clean, & offered an assortment of teas & coffee as well as a refrigerator. There are plenty of lamps & fixtures as well as electrical outlets. Check in was smooth & easy. Fast internet connection. The bathroom had everything we needed too.

B & B is a short tram ride from Princes Street. Room was warm, larger than I expected and also included a small bathroom with shower. Good value for money.
