Location was good, right in the town center, across from the cheese museum. Family room was a good size with a double bed and separate single bed.

We had the room at the top floor and the view was wonderful. Quiet and relaxing too. Lovely bathroom and the towels so soft. We had a great time. The food at the restaurant was amazing too.

The hotel is located at the heart of the historic area of Edam, which makes it easy to explore the old streets and cheese shops, and is close to restaurants. However, it is over a kilometer from the beach. The young staff were immensely helpful. The quantity and range of breakfast was fine. The bathroom was a decent size and its decor up to date. We were grateful for the secure bike storage.
