The staff were lovely, room serviced daily was amazing, pool area was a big hit with the kids, the managers were lovely attentive and kept to themselves which was nice as we could relax. Friendly managers a homely feel. Room was cleaned and aircon was nice and cold. Had all you need for a nice stay.

Manager was helpful but not with daily tasks (open laundry on time empty garden bins)the cleaners were excellent they friendly and helpful

Stayed in a family room with 5 people, great size with 2 queen beds and 2 singles (also had a futon couch if need be). Bathroom and kitchen were both clean and well kept. My only complaint was the kitchen had no pan to use the induction cooktop. We phoned reception to mention this on our 2nd afternoon, we realised too late the first night, and were told "pans were in use by other rooms". We paid for a room with a kitchen so not sure why there wasn't one in there already? Other than that it was good.

Reception always welcoming, confirmed a bit later checkout, even thou on busy road not too noisy, kitchen on site which is handy.
