Such a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff in this family run hotel. The room had everything we needed and the bed was comfy. Most importantly it was warm as we were staying on the coldest night for a decade. The breakfast was very good.

The new owner of the place who only just started running the place for about 5months kudos to them as they provided excellent service for us. The building itself is about 300 years old and is got very good history about the place, also is not far from where the aircraft crashed that happened in the 80s in Lockerbie village.
