Hotel Overview

Surrounded by nature, this concrete architectural gem and hilltop hotel is 15 minutes walk from central Ebeltoft. It provides free parking and views of the city, Ebeltoft Bay and Mols Bjerge National Park. The unique buildings with grass-covered roofs are designed by the influential concrete architects Friis & Moltke and blend almost seamlessly into the hilly landscape.
All rooms have a private bathroom with shower. Free WiFi is available. All rooms have a direct view to the surrounding nature.
Facilities at Hotel Toppen af Ebeltoft include a playground for children, beach volleyball, a cousy fireplace and direct access to walking- and bike routes.

If you appreciate 1960s brutalist architecture, this building is an absolute gem and it is respectfully conserved by the operators. The interior still has many of the original fittings which makes it atmospheric. The staff were extremely helpful to us and just nice people. The whole operation is a community venture, putting any profits back into facilities for the town of Ebeltoft; a brilliant idea.

Nice Hostel with a unique architechture. The rooms were clean and offered a lot of space. Great view. 20 minutes walk into city center. Very nice and helpful personell.

Interesting architectural concept around a central patio with impressive roomwide windows looking out to the surrounding fields. Friendly personel and short distance to Ebeltoft.
