The grounds and facilities are lovely but the double bed was made up of two singles of different heights with rock hard mattresses and left me with little to no sleep and a very sore back and neck. Very disappointed as the purpose was a relaxing break to catch up on sleep and we both left more tired than we arrived!

That we was on the ground floor, which I did ask for as my partner has difficulty walking and the friendly staff that are willing to help when asked, especially Charlotte, who was the floor manager in the restaurant when we dined in there.

Breakfast was good and the room was clean. Vegan options available. The restaurant and bar food was very good. The grounds were large and well maintained. Beautiful ancient trees. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel. Nice surroundings, large clean rooms. Good food. No sleep as there was a large convention of women who slammed doors and allowed their children to run around making noise into the night and early morning. When complained just got a sorry yes we had reports of noise overnight you should have complained then! Such a shame set out to be a great place to stay.

Staff very helpful. Very clean. My only complaints were no shampoo/conditioner, so had to buy some. Hotel did have hand wash and body lotion. Mattress on bed was too hard for me so had to lay on other duvet. A lot of door slamming from other guests. But on a whole lovely hotel

Everything was just perfect! The staff were all incredibly helpful, friendly and polite. The bedrooms were lovely with very comfy beds. We enjoyed using the swimming pool and hot tub, sauna and steam room. The food at dinner and breakfast was absolutely superb.

A beautiful place that is situated in lovely grounds full of greenery. The food was very good and valued for money. Great buffet breakfast. The staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful. Two sisters on the staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. Thank you, everyone, at Eastwood Hall for our perfect few days away.
