This is a very family friendly hotel. The location is ideal as a base for exploring the New Forest area and for visiting Peppa Pig World. The staff are helpful and friendly. The pool and play room are great for entertaining kids. Kids eat free with an adult meal. Breakfast selection was great.

Everything far exceeded our expectations, it was brilliant. Just a note: Staff on reception shouldn’t presume the adults of a party are “Mummy and Daddy” it can cause awkwardness for the child if there is a step parent present.

Kids friendly hotel, welcome pack for kids, play area and the swimming pool. Also, free cookie and warm milk before bed. The kids were so happy staying here. The bed and pillow were comfy.

Good location, clean and lovely hotel. However, we were given an adjoining room. The family next door was too loud and work up our child throughout the night.
