Beds are comfortable. The en suite is new and very good. Breakfast was good. Very handy for Southampton cruise terminals. Furniture could do with updating. Would have been noisy had there been an event in the marquee

An absolutely fantastic gem of a hotel ~ from the incredible Art Deco-esque design, to being greeted by what must be officially the loveliest, most helpful night porter EVER, to my gorgeous, large and beautifully decorated room ~ the whole experience was just wonderful, from start to finish!

Close to city centre. Beautiful surroundings. Definite place to stay when music events are held at The Concorde. Just the place for a weekend relaxation get away

All staff were just lovely and welcoming. The room was very quiet, bed comfortable and there was a bath - so I could treat myself to a soak. Food at the attached restaurant was lovely - again evening and morning staff there were fab.
