Hotel Overview

Perfectly situated just across from the stunning beach and iconic Eastbourne Pier, The Pier Hotel is your ideal base for a seaside getaway. With easy access to a variety of restaurants, bars, and cafes, you’ll find everything you need right at your doorstep. Tesco Express and all the restaurants are just a short 4-minute walk from our lovely hotel.
While we do not have a bar or restaurant on-site, our friendly staff is happy to recommend nearby dining options. Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Eastbourne Promenade, just a short stroll away.
Our comfortable rooms are designed for relaxation, featuring TVs, tea and coffee-making facilities, and ironing equipment. Each room includes a private bathroom with a hairdryer for your convenience.
For your convenience, we offer parking permits (during reception hours) for the H zone at £2.20 each, valid until 11:00 AM the following morning (subject to availability). Our reception opens at 14:00 and closes at 22:00, with check-out by 10:00. Late check-in is available for an additional charge.
Please note that we currently do not have facilities for storing luggage before check-in or after check-out.

Great location, great view, easy check in and out. The only thing i would say is , that stain and peeling paint on the ceiling in room 205 needs to be sorted. It's easily done but would improve the stay a lot as its horrible to look at it every time your and in bed

Check in was easy and the member of staff was pleasant. The bed was extremely comfortable, and my main reason for staying was to sleep, so great. Everything, except the shower, was in good condition and clean. The toilet had tape over it stating that it had been cleaned. Good water pressure in the shower. Toiletries were provide in mini bottles and a good amount of tea and coffee etc. even a biscuit! There were good thick curtains to block out the light and a table and chair, as well as a TV. Quite a small room, single, but the space was utilised well. There is a lift.

The location and quality of the room given the incredible price. I could control the heating with the radiator thermostat which went instantly hot if needed. The shower was adequate and got hot. The view was good with a nice view over the pier and seafront. Both rooms we booked seemed identical in quality. The facilities were good with TV, WiFi, complimentary soaps, tea, coffee etc. There is a cheap parking permit available Staff were friendly and seemed to be available even when we got back close to midnight.
