Wonderful location, superb clean room. Staff were wonderful, especially at breakfast, which was also awesome. Would definitely stay here again when in Eastbourne. It is a very quiet place and friendly. A little gem.

The support at the New England was exceptionally good. Really very friendly. The breakfast is very good. I had a special request (a small lunch), which was wonderfully fulfilled. Service was excellent.

breakfast had a huge variety of choice,from fresh fruit bowl and yogurts,to full english plates,all perfectly turned out..off road parking for car..we had room 4 which has a fantastic sea view and big balcony,great comfy bed and scented pillows..

It was a lovely place to stay a little dated and it’s appearance but exceptionally clean. Just felt they could’ve made a little more effort over the breakfast as my daughter was Cel iliac they could have CD sausages.
