I have already spent three holidays in this B&B. Very clean, comfortable and ideally located. Manuela and Colin are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. We'd love to come back.

The hotel is located in close proximity to beautiful Eastbourne Beach. The rooms are very clean and well maintained and very well furnished. A small garden area with a lovingly decorated cherry tree allows you to relax and feel happy. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is rich and excellent. An ideal accommodation for a relaxed holiday. Thank you for everything dear Mel and Colin.

The landlady and landlord were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quite. Everything you needed, shower, wifi worked well. Nice coffee tea and and bottled water and buiscuts complementary in the room and in the lounge. Excellent breakfast, All in all a very enjoyable stay
