The location was perfect for the theatre. The owners were friendly, welcoming and engaging. Our room was really nice, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional, plenty on offer and all of a high standard. Would definitely recommend booking a stay here.

Excellent b&b with evident attention to detail, which is crucial in any customer service environment. A warm welcome, fantastic, central location, nice big bedroom, chocolate marshmallows in addition to biscuits is a nice, noticeable touch. Bed & pillows comfortable, as was the bathroom & shower, with nice high end soap, shower gel & shampoo. Remarkably good breakfast with a selection of delicious home made yogurt with blueberries & chia seeds, plus cereals. I had scrambled eggs smoked salmon on toast which was perfectly cooked & presented. Can I highly recommend the Ravilious? Absolutely, of course! (PS - I have in the recent past stayed at several B&B's & hotels in Eastbourne)

Excellent location, within walking distance of the beach, town and theatres. Very warm welcome from the hosts. Excellent breakfast with loads of choice. Room was warm, comfortable and cheerful.
