The breakfast was lovely and lots of it if you wanted ..cereal..toast..full English..salmon..avocado .vegetarian etc! The room was beautiful..we had the balcony on ours and a lovely seaview..we loved it. We have already re- booked before we left we loved it that much😊. Quite street around..about a 15 mins walk to the pier so was very quiet where we were staying. Dressing gowns in the room which we have never had in a B&B . If we ran out on anything on the hospitalty tray then we could ask for more and it would be replenished. Gaynor the owner is a lovely hard working women. We have found our new little getaway !

Gaynor the owner goes above and beyond what is normal. There are so many lovely touches that make the stay so enjoyable: fridge, microwave, extra bowls and plates, tea towels, binoculars, lots of extra towels and cushions and so on. But above all she is kind, considerate and helpful. She takes pride in her breakfasts and in the room itself.

Warm, comfortable, friendly owner, felt like a home from home. Gaynor was an excellent host, even included a bottle of wine as we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. The breakfasts, as previous reviews, was outstanding. Facilities in the room included everything you might want, including a fridge. We stayed in the deluxe room with a sea view and a balcony which was a pleasure to sit out on in the early morning sunshine (even though it was mid January). For once, my feet didn’t exceed the length of the bed (6”3”).

Easy walk to shops, bars & restaurants. Breakfast was beautifully cooked & excellent selection. Room was very comfortable & well equipped. Very clean. Host was very welcoming.

This place is a cut above the rest, little touches that go the extra mile. Spotless accommodation in a nice location close to all amenities. Food wise - a menu that would grace any top restaurant which was some of the best I've tasted. Recommend a stay to anyone.

Excellent b & b Nothing was too much trouble for Gaynor even surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco as I was celebrating a birthday during our stay The room was perfect with a lovely sea view, & the extra touches in the bedroom were lovely. The breakfast was excellent with so much choice & beautiful served Was even surprised with cakes one evening Would definitely stay again & recommend to everyone.

Lovely property, Nice comfortable clean room, great host. Breakfast was great with loads of choice. Good location near to the beach and town with plenty of parking. Loved all the extras in the room. Will stay again when we are in Eastbourne.
