Had a lovely time but would like to have been informed about the parking situation. I was led to believe that there was plenty of parking and was not informed about having to book a space.

Staff, location, breakfast… everything was excellent. Lovely hospitality tray replenished every day. Rooms so comfortable and clean. I’ve stayed here a few times and always come back when I can.

Online check in was straight forward! The staff were so kind. One of our party had to go to A and E and the staff made sure they were back before closing the kitchen. We loved the waitress service at breakfast. The view from the room was lovely. We watched people fishing on the beach from our window.

Absolutely beautiful hotel . Exceptional service matched with fantastic Food. A big thank you to the American lady server. Reception staff. And the lady Restaurant manager. Your service was outstanding. Hotel is absolutely spotless throughout. Our room 106 was extremely beautiful. Would definitely return 10/10

Nice location on the seafront with access to secure offsite parking nearby. Helpful friendly staff and o good breakfast selection which is made fresh.

The hotel embraces you with its Victorian architecture. The friendly staff at the reception do their best to get guests into their rooms quickly. You take an elevator with carpeted walls to the floor where your room is located. Our room was a suite on the second floor, on the seaside, and the view was magnificent. We also met the owner of the hotel, he is a caring, polite and hospitable person who likes to chat with his guests. Breakfast time and alternatives were nice and delicious. Breakfast starts at 7 and continues until 10.
