This family-run B&B offers free high-speed WiFi, and a warm, friendly, family atmosphere.
The Eastbourne Reymar has a guest lounge with board games, books, a Freeview TV and DVD player provided.
Some of the rooms have sea views, but all of the rooms are en suite. Tea/coffee, biscuits, clean linen, fresh towels, shampoo and bath gel are provided every day.

Breakfast was excellent. SO MUCH choice of all the continetal items and the hot food was brilliant. Room was spacious enough but the walls are quite thin so could hear both of next doors rooms. bed was extemely comfortable.

nick and his staff could not do enough for you. location spot on 10 mins walk from town centre. breakfast was great. room was compact but great with sea view

Very reasonably priced for what you get. Nick was very helpful when I had a couple of issues in the room. He came up straight away and sorted it. The room is basic but has everything needed for a few days away, which includes tea/coffee making facilities with plenty of milk. It makes a lovely change to have milk to make more than one drink. The breakfast was very tasty and all cooked perfectly. I can recommend a perfectly poached egg cooked by Nick too! ☺️😋

The Seaview was excellent. The room warm and cosy.. Nick and family were kind and polite. My Grandson loved the doggy doorstop and wanted to take it home. What some people forget is that it's a base to go to places.

only stayed overnight, but the service was excellent. The owner made me feel right at home very pleasant and could do enough for me. I would recommend this hotel to anyone really pleasant and comfortable
