Our room (25) was quite delightful and cosy. The corner view was welcome as we could see the sea from our chair, with a coffee in hand. The breakfast was lovely, fast and served with a smile and beach view.

Hotel is a bit old but very clean and cosy. Location is very good close to everything in Eastbourne. Breakfast tasty they serve English breakfast with nice viev of the sea. Lovley viev from the room
