Just the most wonderful quality peaceful beautiful place you can ever imagine so quiet, so understanding of you needing your time. Clean and fresh and yes it was a tad rough round the edges but the staff were absolutely amazing, I'd absolutely highly recommend you stay here if you travel to Eastbourne.

Breakfast as hoped for. Cooked well, warm plates. Staff helpful and prompt with hot drinks. Made use of the pool before breakfast.

Location was fantastic and clean and tidy. I needed to book a room for the night as an emergency and was not easy to book at the desk and I used booking.com but was told after that even though I had paid for the room I couldn’t book in till 3pm that afternoon and it was 3am ! Luckily the hotel porter was very nice and eventually managed to access my room!

Very comfortable room with sea view. Enjoyed a swim in the pool twice a day. Nice breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.
