I was not given any breakfast even though I paid extra for it. I wrote to the host and informed him that I was leaving early each day and would require breakfast before 7:30 am . the host said the he would accommodate my request. I asked again on arrival and thismtime he changed it to a packed lunch which was to be left out for me each morning. I did not receive any packed lunch on both mornings and complained to the hosts assistant.

Received a warm welcome and our room was ready a before time, room was clean and comfortable although beds squeaky. Breakfast was fine, choice of cereal, fruit juice, toast and full English ( or whatever you wanted from it). Kept us topped up with tea/ coffee and biscuits in our room and was a bonus to have a mini fridge

Very friendly staff- breakfast served with a smile. and good portion size and selection too. Very well located for the beach and the town centre. Room has all the necessities. Very good value for money.

Welcoming and clean. Comfortable too. A bit of a walk to pier area, but the train stop is across the road. Great position for the golf and a wonderful family area with sand and water areas. Breakfast was filling, just as you expect. Loved the huge tea pot, thanks 😊

The breakfast was good but we were told that there was only continental not Full English. Ali was advised that it stated on Booking.com's site for his hotel that Full English would be provided. After a bit of discussion Full English was provided and ALi put himself out to provide this. He was very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble, very friendly. Lovely large bedroom with balcony and view over the sea.
