Warm, homely property. Clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location close to the centre and sea front. Hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful.

Location was very convenient for us (hiking along the 7 sisters) & close to the center of Eastbourne & many pubs/restaurants. Rooms were small but comfortable, breakfast was cooked to order (although not the best we’ve had during our full trip)

The room was very beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds. Bathroom was excellent and good shower pressure. Very welcoming and friendly hosts. breakfast was exceptionally good!! Great presentation, freshness of food excellent and English breakfast cooked well!! Would go back there again for sure!!

The property its self was very easy to find and very near to the beach front. Inside was kept clean and tidy, and the decor was homely and inviting. I felt welcome from the get go. The couple that run the guest house were lovely and the breakfast was served in good time and was great quality. I loved being able to take full advantage of the full length bath with bubble bath that was provided.
