2nd time here and this time round staff confirmed our sea facing room before our long drive here (which made up for the 1st time when they allocated us an average room although we paid weeks before for a sea facing room). Reception staff was much more helpful this visit than the 1st time - gladly accommodated us for a late check out since my wife needed more rest after a long drive. Kitchen staff also very helpful. Hope to be back when we are in the area again.

It is a place to be. I don't hesitate to visit again. A very quite place with spacious rooms. Heyyy! I liked the security company they did a great job especially the one's in the parking area once they hear any movement they quickly check who is that. I salute you guys. I'm speechless about ICC East London, what I can say is that I'm coming again

The bathrooms particularly the shower cubicle was filthy room 806. A little bit of soap and a brush would make a huge difference particularly in the corners... We had to use skippers in the shower to avoid that brown gunk. The sink, toilet and bath tub were clean..
