The spa facilities where so good and my 2 daughters loved the pool. The room was very spacious. We had a lovely breakfast in the morning.

The location was very convenient for the wedding we were going to just 5 mins drive away. Also the bed was very comfortable. Also the breakfast was very good - great selection

Nice friendly welcome on checking in and upgraded to a premium room, which was a nice gesture. The bar area is quite pleasant for a drink and the food there was unexpectedly good . The bar staff however were not welcoming or helpful- no real customer focus.

Great hotel for a couple of nights away and bonus for the kids that there's a pool. Couldn't fault the place. Will definitely be back

Weren't told we couldn't open the outside door,no signs or anything mentioned at check in. Made to feel like naughty children on check out being told this. Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities and food but this soured upon checkout.very disappointed.with no response to my email. Won't return due to this

It was okay , but they need a bigger TV in the executive room and a more comfortable sofabed, the sofa bed wasn't comfortable for my kids , and the environment had a lot of dog poos so it wasn't really clean enough for me

Very spacious room. The pool facilities are a brilliant added bonus. The only negative would be the food at the restaurant was very poor, microwaved mash and took a very long time. Given the price was very disappointing. Good selection at breakfast
