Amid quiet, extensive Surrey parkland, De Vere Horsley Estate offers guests free access to its leisure facilities, including croquet lawn, football pitch, gym and indoor swimming pool.
De Vere Horsley Estate is made up of 2 venues - Horsley Place and Horsley Towers. Double and Superior Double bedrooms are located in Horsley Place and include a remote-control TV, safety deposit box and free WiFi access. Please be advised that only the DELUXE room types are located within our mansion house, Horsley Towers. All other rooms are located with Horsley Place, a stand-alone, modern and contemporary conference & events centre.
Located just 10 minutes from J10 of the M25 and 6 minutes from Guildford and Dorking, both with direct train routes in London Waterloo.
The Brasserie offers hot dinner buffets, with bar menus also available.

Located within the property's adjacent training centre, Horsley Place boasts 95 contemporary en-suite standard bedrooms. These bedrooms feature complimentary WiFi, tea/coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and flat-screen multi-channel TV. Most rooms have showers only. If a guest would like a bath this should be requested in advance via the Special Requests box at the time of booking.

Superior Double Room - enter dates to see room photos

The superior rooms are located within Horsley Place, within the property's adjacent training centre, and offer complimentary WiFi, tea&coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and flat-screen multi-channel TV. Most rooms have showers only. If a guest would like a bath this should be requested in advance via the Special Requests box at the time of booking.

The family bedrooms have a king-sized bed with an additional sofa bed or rollaway beds, which can accommodate up to 2 children under 12 years of age.

Horsley Tower - Deluxe Double - enter dates to see room photos

Located within Horsley Towers itself, a 19th-century mansion house, the deluxe rooms feature countryside interior design. All deluxe rooms feature the same amenities as standard rooms, in addition to free WiFi and a Dyson air cooling system. Most rooms offer views of the towers or cloisters.

Also located within Horsley Towers, the 7 junior suites provide a workspace for guests. Each bedroom features a king-size bed, complimentary WiFi, bath robes and slippers, a mini-bar fridge and a retro Roberts radio; all alongside views across the estate.

Location was good. We were attending an event in the main hall. We were booked to stay in the conf centre but were asked to move to the hall which we agreed to as it was where the event was taking place

Loved the area, and room was clean and v comfy, nicely decorated, and breakfast was perfect. Beautiful setting with the old building in view, loved the exercise area outside. Wish I had bought my kit. Staff very helpful and on hand.
