Please note that the property cannot accept same day bookings during the weekends. Bookings for the weekends have to be made 48 hours in advance.Please note that the London booking office is open from 08:30 until 16:30 from Monday to Friday. There is not an on-site office at the property and all arrival details are sent after the balance is taken 7 working days prior to arrival. A separate email will follow with the arrival and contact details please check the spam folders.A cleaning fee is charged for the use of the BBQ, this will be refunded if the BBQ is cleaned prior to departure and to the same condition as found.The property requires payment before arrival.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Beautiful old property with lots of character. Quiet with lots of outside garden space. Very interesting history. Bedding very fresh and smelked lovely.

The size of the lounge was very good, especially with 7 of us staying, and 3 dogs! The kitchen was very well equipped, with plenty of cooking utensils. The bedrooms in the roof had lovely en-suites, especially the one with a roll top bath. One of the bedrooms downstairs was just right for my mother-in-law (who was celebrating her 95th birthday with us) and the bathroom located next door to the room was ideal for her. Plenty of room also in the second bedroom downstairs, a twin bedded room but easy to push the beds together. We liked the utility room, especially to store the dog's things. This would be an ideal room if it had been wet and we needed to dry them off! Parking for 3 cars was easy and there would still be room for more. The rear garden was a good size and there was a seating area to the front, with table and chairs. The wood burner gave out good heat, too much one evening! Location is very quiet.

The property is a beautiful spacious converted barn with everything you need. Situated in the countryside it was very peaceful.
