The Personal touch, the fantastic SCOTTISH Breakfast and the genuine concern for my welfare as the weather was quite inclement for someone South of the Border and so I was well communicated with about the state of the roads.

Lovely host, very helpful and welcoming. Very comfortable double bed, spacious bedroom. Good nights sleep as so quiet. Lots of hot water in shower, room warm. Very very very good breakfast. Loads of parking right outside front door. Would recommend every time.
