It is situated close to the ocean. We were in a room with the nicest view of the sea. The little, peaceful location is just a short drive from Akaora. The employees are helpful and kind. At Dauvauchelle, we spent some time just chilling out.

The view was amazing, looking out at the harbour. Very peaceful, a lot of bird song. The gardens were lovely.
