Near (6min) the train station but 28min walking to Altstat and the river.Small but comfortable bed. Everything you need you can find near the hotel.

I liked the location. As a matter of fact, it was one of the reasons I chose it at all. Palm Premium Hotel & Apartments is a 5 minute walk to the Central Station and Aldi. There you can buy all you need (food, cosmetics etc). It is located on a major road but once you close the windows, you barely hear a thing. The staff were also very friendly. The bed was also comfy... I even got a free upgrade.

The hotel is looking great nearly finished and most of the staff were great but on my check in I was told to come back at 1 but the man wasn’t having it until I wore him down then let 4 German girls in same time as I had got my key rather suspicious but I had a great time

The room was neat and clean, enough towels and blankets, with a nice view on the square. The bed felt very good, not too soft. Close to Altstadt, 15 minutes walk. A good Parking garage 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Price/quality very good.

good location, kitchen facilities, toaster, micro wave, IH cooking, free apples and cakes, big bed, clean big room. The station was near so I could easily go to the Cologne Karneval.

the service was amazing. I asked if it was possible to place a bouqet of rosés in the room to surprise my girlfriend. Not only did they forfill my request, but they even covert the bed with rose leafs. And maybe the most amazing thing was that at check in the didn’t metion it at all, so my girlfriend was completely surprised.
