+ - pretty much clean, however saw minor spots on bedsheets - it's possible to ask for kettle - tea/coffee for free - shower gel, shampoo etc. in the bathroom - a lot of sockets - quietly enough

Great hotel for a weekend in Düsseldorf. The location is great, just a short walk to the city centre. The rooms are nothing fancy, but very decent and a good value for money. Breakfast was great and very tasty.

I've been staying at this hotel for nearly 20 years during all my business trips to Cologne and Düsseldorf. Its location is incredibly convenient — right next to Düsseldorf HBF train station, making it easy to travel to Cologne or other cities within the Ruhr region. The U-Bahn station right in front of the hotel is another great perk, and the city center isn't far either. The hotel offers a solid breakfast, spacious rooms, and comfortable sleep, all at great value for money. It's consistently reliable, and I would recommend it without hesitation for both business and leisure stays.

Breakfast was good! Bar and breakfast personell was very helpful and polite. :) We had dinner in the bar three evenings and the menu and food was fine.

The room was perfect! Big and comfortable bed. Lovely coffee and tea. In the bathroom all what you need . Lovely and tasty breakfast.

Room was fine, a little basic but functional Breakfast was very good. Location was rather far out from the centre, but we knew that.

We loved the hotel's location—it was only a single stop on the U-Bahn from the Hauptbahnhof. The rooms were very comfortable and super clean, and the staff was really friendly and helpful.

What a fab stay, the entrance alone was grand and welcoming and all the staff were pleasant, attentive and friendly. The design and layout is unique and inviting. We didn’t want to leave. The lounge / bar area in reception adds a lovely ambiance. They had welcome drinks and sweets on reception. The value for money was exceptional. Rooms were comfortable, cozy, modern and sleek. I went to the sauna which was amazing. Huge, clean with towels and water. The gym was right next door. This hotel was the best one on our travels. Definitely going to look out for NH hotels again.
