The hotel had friendly staff, good facilities and a big room size. Breakfast was good. The location is just a couple of minutes from the rear end of Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof. They had parking arrangement with DB parking at the train station which was convenient. Its a pet friendly hotel and we had a nice stay with our 2 cats!

Helpful staff overall. Very friendly, especially front desk and breakfast staff. Breakfast was amazong. Great location to the station, 3 min walk.

This hotel is perfect if you are looking for somewhere nearby the train station, literally 3 minutes walk from the back exit. Very welcoming staff on arrival. We didn't have any food, or any drinks from the bar, so can't comment. Very good size for a twin room, we both had large beds and the bathroom was very spacious. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Dusseldorf.

The lady, Ms. Busch makes sure you have a wonderful morning. She will always greet you with a smile. One of the most loving and caring person I ever met. She is usually at the breakfast area
