Good breakfast. Nice gym. Room service was good. The view from the room was very nice even though there could be a better solution for the TV which is standing in the middle of the view. Nice bathroom/shower. Convenient parking but you have to pay.

Location is the Hotel is perfect, just heart of the classic Düsseldorf photo spot. Walking distance to most popular restaurants and clubs.

Everything was extremely clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. The bed and pillows felt like sleeping on a cloud. The room could get nice and dark with both blinds and blackout curtains. We had a wonderful view of the Rhein river from our room. The hotel is ready to provide you with just about anything to your room; you really don’t see service like this in Germany. And it is the only hotel I’ve been to in Düsseldorf so far that has a possibility to order room service 24/7.
