In the city centre, friendly staff, very nice room and bathroom, very good breakfast in nice restaurant. Nice view from windov.

The hotel is right in the heart of Dusseldorf shopping district and pedestrian zone. The Christmas market was right there. All tourist spots are within walking distance, except that the train station is a longish walk of about 15 mins. The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was excellent and served in a spacious and pleasant room. There was champagne at breakfast, although this may be a Christmas special. The hotel room price is not cheap, but it is reasonable for the quality. Recommend 100%

Staff was very helpful and service with a smile. The location is very central. Only problem is that it does not provide any parking faciliites and the parking near by is very expensive.

Quality hotel in a very nice area away from main tourist nightlife so a peaceful night sleep, but easily walkable to all the attractions within 10mins or less. Good breakfast, even had bubbly included! Minibar in the room which was complimentary and restocked daily. Rooms were comfy and clean.
