Location, Entire staff including reception, dining etc Amenities including Metro Kombi ticket. Excellent room facilities. Traditional design of hotel adding to extra charm All in all one of the best hotel I stayed.

Nice small hotel. Reception is open 24h. It is possible to keep the room key in reception. Wifi works fine. Room is on the road side but still silent. Heating is enough.

The staff at reception was extremely helpful and provided me with information about the city and transportation options. She gave me a card that was valid for local public transportation.

Fantastic location for whom travelling by train and need quick stopover at Düsseldorf. The staffs are very helpful. Very traditional decors like you see in movies, but clean and comfortable.

The breakfast staff and the lady receptionist were very friendly. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel is situated very close to the train station, which makes it very convenient to walk to.
