Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was well appointed and quiet. The location was good, easy walking distance from the town centre and the Old Town, and the Central Station. Breakfast was good and good variety of food.

The location is excelent right in the heart of the japanese quarter, close to city center, central station, many shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Great breakfast, room comfort very good.

Great facilities ... renovated rooms were great, way better than the older ones. Spacious rooms with a small fridge, coffee machine, sufficient space for clothing and iron with the iron board. Good bathroom.

I like the staff, the room and top floor spa and indoor swimming pool. Although some facilities are dated, the key things are just out of my expection.

Room was a good size. A down point was the bathroom tap in Room 502 was loose at the stem . Needed maintenance. No kettle for tea and had to be asked for twice. Lift system was great. Well thought out.

the room was spacious, warm and clean. The shower was good pressure and hot instantly. The bar was very nice with very attentive staff. The breakfast was great. A large range and choice. Location was great for a tram stop.
